    Beginner Silks 8 Week Course (start anytime)
    Brand new to Silks? Start here with our Beginner Silks Course. Learn the basics of this beautiful appartus and discover why women are ditching the gym for circus fitness. We promise, life is better in the air. Build strength, stamina, coordination and flexibility. Finish each class with a fun dance incorporating your new skills. Our courses is designed for you to join at anytime.
    Inter Prep Silks 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Russian climb, French wrap, Aerial foot lock, Straddle to inside knee hook (from standing), Aerial hip lock (from standing). Passed Beginner Silks at Aerial Divas or grading. Build on your Beginner Silks foundations and prepare for Intermediate Silks with a focus on strength for inversions and dynamic drops.
    Intermediate Silks 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Aerial straddle, X-back straddle, Aerial hip lock, Inside knee climb, one wheeldown (in froggie). Passed Inter Prep Silks at Aerial Divas or grading. In Intermediate Silks, focus on mastering drops like flamingo front dives and hip lock front dives. Build on skills from previous levels, such as cross-back straddle entries to belay.
    Advanced Prep Silks 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Continuous froggie wheeldown, Stamina on the apparatus (3+ skills in one sequence), Good understanding of basic wraps (catchers, back cross, hip lock, thigh lock), Front dives. Passed Intermediate Silks at Aerial Divas or grading. In Advanced Prep you’ll build stamina and strength for longer combos. Learn new climbs like the bicycle and sous-sus, and master classic drops like the slack drop and Peter Pan pirouette.
    Advanced Silks 8 Week Course
    Prep-Reqs: Solid straight legs Wheeldown on both sides (2 rotations minimum), Stamina on the apparatus (3+ minutes sequences in the air), Good understanding of basic wraps (catchers, back cross, hip lock, thigh lock), ability to drop with control. Passed Adv Prep Silks at Aerial Divas or grading. In Advanced Silks, you’ll refine linking sequences and expand your aerial repertoire. Master single, double, and directional drops, and explore dynamics and balances.
    Open Aerial Private Casual Class
    Achieve your aerial goals with this practice-focused class! Supervised by an instructor, you’ll get extra help with tricky moves from your term course. The instructor will start with a warm-up and assist you with your chosen tricks. Open to all levels, but prior aerial experience is required.
    Little Aerials Mixer Course (ages 7-16)
    Ages 7-16 years. This is a progressive 10 week course and must be started at the beginning of a term. Now you're really getting the hang of it! This course focuses on aerial combinations and endurance, plus there will still be exciting new tricks each in class including new skills on top of the Lyra & Silks! Learn a dance routine to build stamina and work on your form in the air. This is a consolidation level - the focus is on gaining stamina and endurance as well as learning new connections and sequences using all the skills you've learnt so far.
    Lyra Classes
    Beginner Lyra 8 Week Course (start anytime)
    Begin your circus fitness journey today—no experience or fitness level required! This class focuses on core activation and building the strength needed for the Lyra. Learn a mix of spins and poses under the Lyra, and begin developing aerial sequences. Each week you will learn new skills which you will incorporate into a different dance routine, the perfect way to improve your coordination. You can start our Beginner Lyra course at anytime.
    Intermediate Lyra 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Single knee hook at reaching height (wrists touching lyra), single knee mount (getting up into lyra from one knee hooked and sliding hands up), double knee hang, climbing up side of hoop from single knee, held Straddle position from fold out. Passed Beginner Lyra at Aerial Divas or grading. Expand your repertoire of Lyra tricks both in and under the hoop. Build your strength and stamina with longer combos, and learn the basics of freestyle.
    Advanced Prep Lyra 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Straddle mount from under Lyra, perform a spinning combination under Lyra including one arm move, pivot spin, perform combinations in spin. Passed Intermediate Lyra at Aerial Divas or grading. This course emphasizes aerial combinations, endurance, and advanced sequences using your existing skills. You’ll also learn exciting new tricks, including spinning straddles, the inception spin, and begin working toward one-arm spins.
    Advanced Lyra 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Spinning straddle mount from spin under Lyra, chin up, pullover, perform short single arm spinning combination under Lyra, clean Bucket Hang entry and confident hang from double knee on top bar of Lyra. Passed Adv-Prep Lyra at Aerial Divas or grading. Here, you’ll elevate your skills with dynamic moves like beats, drops, and hangs. You’ll also start incorporating the strap and moving above the Lyra.
    Elite Prep Lyra 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Spinning straddle mount (from straight arm spin under lyra) & Spinning Pullover, Chin up & Full Hang press to bucket hang, Single Knee Hang, Perform single arm spin combination with up to 5 shapes under lyra (e.g splits, tuck, pike etc), Russian splits, Drop to pike from top bar. Passed Advanced Lyra at Aerial Divas or grading. In this level, we have upped the ante by creating longer combos to test your stamina, strength and courage!
    Elite Lyra 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Spinning straddle mount (from straight arm spin under lyra) & Spinning Pullover, Chin up & Full Hang press to bucket hang, Single Knee Hang, Perform single arm spin combination with up to 5 shapes under lyra (e.g splits, tuck, pike etc), Russian splits, Drop to pike from top bar & Gazelle split drop to double knee hang, Beats from full hang Advanced rolls. Passed Elite Prep Lyra at Aerial Divas or grading. This course challenges you with core combos to maintain strength, stamina, and flexibility, along with new instructor-chosen tricks and sequences for ongoing progress.
    Open Aerial Private Casual Class
    Achieve your aerial goals with this practice-focused class! Supervised by an instructor, you’ll get extra help with tricky moves from your term course. The instructor will start with a warm-up and assist you with your chosen tricks. Open to all levels, but prior aerial experience is required.
    Little Aerials Mixer Course (ages 7-16)
    Our Little Divas fitness classes encourage young females (ages 7-16) to stay active in the most crucial part of their development. This Aerials Mixer course works with both Lyra & Silks and alternates each week. Our course is designed to boost their body confidence, build their strength and flexibility whilst giving each child the chance to personally express themselves through dance and movement.
    Stretch Classes
    Stretch Tech Casual Class
    This specialized stretch and conditioning class offers an intense workout to deepen flexibility in key muscle groups. Focus on strengthening and active stretches before moving into nerve release and static stretches that incorporate breathing to increase depth. Each class targets a specific area, such as back and shoulders or hips, glutes, and hamstrings.
    Fly Gym Casual Class
    Experience Aerial Yoga, Diva style! Using the Fly Gym—a soft, hanging sling—you’ll enhance your flexibility and strength with deeper stretches and fun aerial poses. This 60-minute class includes strength and flexibility training, inversions, flips, and a relaxing zen cocoon experience.
    Flex & Flow Casual Class
    Flex and Flow is a stretching and dance class designed to enhance your pole dancing lines, extensions, and transitions. It begins with a warm-up followed by a series of flowing stretches, focusing on proper technique for pointing toes, extending legs, and engaging muscles. You’ll learn a new fluid routine each time to keep you on your toes…literally! Suitable for all pole dancing levels.
    Strength Classes
    Pole Conditioning Casual Class
    Pole Conditioning is the perfect way to get fit, strong and conditioned for pole dancing…and life! This intensive class includes upper and lower body strength training, isometric exercises, stability work, core strengthening, and a fun dance routine. Suitable for all levels!
    Aerial Conditioning Casual Class
    Aerial Conditioning is the perfect complement to your lyra course. This strength & conditioning class will assist you with lifts, spins, and mounts essential to your lyra course and will improve your core strength, stability, and control. Suitable for all levels.
    Pole Classes
    Beginner Static 8 Week Course (start anytime)
    No experience necessary! Our Beginner Static Pole class is open to all women and may be begun at any time. Master simple tricks, spins, climbs, and sexy moves, plus a new routine each week. Static means the pole is stationary and you create momentum around it. Do static and spin—most of our students do!
    Beginner Spin 8 Week Course (start anytime)
    No experience needed! Our Beginner Spin pole course is open to all women and can be joined anytime. Build strength and control as you learn spins, tricks, and dance moves in a fun weekly routine. Spin means the pole is free to spin on it axis and you hold on while it spins. Try both spin and static—most of our students do!
    Inter Prep Static Pole 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Upside down flip, Climbing/spiral climbs, Tuck spin on/Back hook spins on static, Back straddle. Passed Beginner Static at Pole Divas or grading. Inter Prep Focuses on perfecting your inverts and introduces you to other basic upside moves as wll as builds stamina through longer combos. Each class ends with one of four dance routines taught over the 8 weeks.
    Inter Prep Spin Pole 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Upside down flip, Climbing, Tuck spin / back holds on spin, Confident spinning, Back straddle. Passed Beginner Spin at Pole Divas or grading. Building on your basics, inter prep spin will introduce you to longer spin combos, building endurance and speed control. Each class ends with one of four dance routines taught over the 8 weeks.
    Intermediate Static 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Invert from the Floor (Upside Down Flip & Front Straddle), Front Crucifix, Spiral Climbing, Aerial Mounts / Sits (example; Back Straddle, Layout), Spins (2 hands) (example: Back Hook Spin) Ballerina, Jamilla. Passed Inter Prep Static at Pole Divas or grading. Elevate your skills with aerial combos and a fresh, sexy routine each week! Master intermediate tricks, spins, and transitions while building strength, flexibility, and freestyle confidence.
    Intermediate Spin 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Invert from the Floor (Front Straddle), Front Crucfix, Climbing, Aerial Mounts / Sits (example; Back Straddle, Layout), Ballerina, Jamilla. Passed Inter Prep Spin at Pole Divas or grading. Build your spin confidence upside down as you learn bigger aerial combos. This level is all about strength and stamina. Learn a new dance routine each week and start learning the fundamentals of freestyling.
    Advanced Static 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Aerial Inverts (Aerial front straddle) both sides, Butterfly, Flatline, Scorpion (inside leg hang), Ballerina (outside leg hang), Jamilla both sides, Aerial Back crucifix (layback). Passed Intermediate Static at Pole Divas or grading. Master tricks like ayesha, shoulder mounts, jade splits, and swing spins, with progressions to suit your pace. Plus, enjoy new dance combos in weeks 3, 5, and 8 to boost your choreography repertoire.
    Advanced Spin 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Aerial Inverts (Aerial front straddle) Both sides, Butterfly, Flatline, Scorpion(inside leg hangs), Ballerina (outside leg hang), Jamilla both sides, Aerial Back crucifix (layback), Music box dancer (aka Ballerina). Passed Intermediate Spin at Pole Divas or grading. Increase your endurance with longer combos, most of which will have 2 progression options to match your pace. Additionally, weeks 3, 5, and 8 feature new dance combos to enhance your choreography repertoire.
    Elite Prep Static 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Aerial Shoulder mount, Extended Butterfly, Ayesha, Superman, Aerial Jamilla, Jade Splits, Swing spin (aka rag doll). Passed Advanced Static at Pole Divas or grading. In Elite Prep Static you’ll tackle high-level pole trick such as handsprings, brass monkey, aerial shoulder mounts, ayesha variations, allegra, baby pegasus, and more.
    Elite Prep Spin 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Aerial Shoulder mount, Extended Butterfly, Ayesha, Superman, Aerial Jamilla, Jade Splits, Aerial Music box dancer (aka Ballerina). Focus tricks include handsprings, aerial shoulder mounts, aerial music box dancer, ayesha variations, baby pegasus, flares, split lines, and more.
    Elite Static Pole 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Handsprings (at least 2 types of grips) – Straight(true grip), Cup Grip, Twisted grip, Pantera climbs, Brass Monkey from the floor, Handstands walk overs with the pole, Elbow grip Ayesha, Aerial swing spin, Baby Pegasus. Passed Elite Prep Static at Pole Divas or grading. In Elite we have a limited syllabus, with additional combos and tricks chosen by the instructor. It focuses on extensive trick combinations to build endurance, incorporate flips, and master intricate transitions.
    Elite Spin 8 Week Course
    Pre-Reqs: Handsprings (at least 2 types of grips) – Straight (true grip), Cup Grip, Twisted grip, Pantera climbs, Spinning Aerial Shoulder mount, Baby Pegasus, Elbow grip Ayesha In Elite we have a limited syllabus, with additional combos and tricks chosen by the instructor. Focus on extensive trick combinations to build endurance, explore new shapes, and master intricate transitions.
    Open Private Casual Class
    Achieve your pole goals with this practice-focused class! Supervised by an instructor, you’ll receive personalized help with tricks, choreo or comp prep. The instructor will start with a warm-up and assist with whatever you are working on. Open to all levels, but prior pole experience is required.

    Pole Moves Casual Class
    Pole Moves is a dance-focused class for all levels, where you’ll learn basic movements on, off, and around the pole.     Flex & Flow Casual Class
    Flex and Flow is a stretching class designed to enhance your pole dancing lines, extensions, and transitions. It begins with a warm-up followed by a series of flowing stretches, focusing on proper technique for pointing toes, extending legs, and engaging muscles. You’ll learn a new fluid routine each time to keep you on your toes…literally! Suitable for all pole dancing levels.
    Poleography 4 Week Course
    Do you want to learn to dance like an oozy spaghetti? Well, this is the dance class for you. Poleography is one of our most intricate dance classes. If your new here, check out Sensual Flow or Poleography Foundations. Previous pole dance experience is required to take this class. You will learn a progressive dance routine focusing on flow around the pole and base of the pole. Bring your pole heels/boots, knee pads and your sultry energy!
    Bootay Casual Class
    Work your booty and tone your body in this pole dance-based course. Learn twerking, booty rolls, and hip isolation techniques to take your dancing to the next level, while getting a great workout for your glutes and legs.
    Striptease Casual Class
    This class is pure pleasure — a space to feel sexy, playful, and completely at home in your body. Drop in and explore the art of striptease and lap dance: slow, intentional movement that will give you a workout and build genuine confidence from the inside out. Whether you're dancing for yourself or planning something special for a partner, this class is for women who want to embrace their sensuality and have a lot of fun doing it. No performance pressure, no prior experience needed — just good music, great energy, and movement that feels really good. Please note: this is not an industry training class.     Chair-ography Casual Class
    We know what you’re thinking—what’s the difference between Lap Dance and Chair-ography? In our Chair-ography class, it’s all about dancing with the chair, not on someone’s lap! You’ll learn a fully choreographed routine designed to challenge your core, enhance your control, and unleash your inner seductress. Suitable for all levels and totally beginner-friendly.
    Beginner and Intermediate Fan Dance Casual Class
    Burlesque is all about the glamour, the glitter, the tease, and the feathers! Feather Fan Dance is a style of dance unique to burlesque all about the art of hide & reveal. Learn basic fan technique, poses, fan dance moves, and put it all into a sexy routine! Have fun with Patricia Sidesplitter (aka – Kate) learning this fun and flirty dance style. Ostrich feather fans provided for use during class. We run a beginner and an intermediate class weekly. If you have prior fans experience please contact the studio if you wish to book into the Intermediate class.
    Advanced Pole Moves Casual Class
    Advanced Pole Moves is a step up from our most popular dance class - Pole Moves. You do not need to be in advanced level to do this class, you just need previous pole dance experience. The class is the same as our casual class but the choreography is more challenging and intricate. Ready to level up your dancing?
    Bold & Burlesque
    Bold & Burlesque introduces you to the fundamentals of burlesque performance, blending sensual movement, character, and confidence. You’ll explore classic burlesque movements, poses, and playful choreography while learning how to move with intention and stage presence. With a strong focus on tease, you will learn pacing, intention, eye contact, and controlled movement to build anticipation and command attention.
