CareersSocial Media Content Creator — Casual
We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to bring three of our studios — Ringwood, Richmond and Moonee Ponds — to life across Instagram. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing (Kikki), our studio managers, and our Meta Ads Coordinator to keep our feeds fresh, on-brand, and full of energy.
This role suits someone who loves finding the story in everyday moments, is confident editing reels and creating static content, and wants creative ownership within a brand with strong, established visual guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Create content for Instagram feeds, stories, static posts and reels across all three studios
- Work from a marketing calendar outlining upcoming events, campaigns and posting frequency
- Turn provided photoshoot images into polished static content
- Capture reel content in a way that suits you — either visiting each studio once a month to film, or briefing the studio manager on what you need and receiving footage remotely
- Supply our Meta Ads Coordinator with fresh imagery, correctly sized for ad campaigns
- Design graphics for our WhatsApp community groups to support engagement
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table — you'll have guidance, not a script
- Work within our established brand guidelines across colour, tone and style
What You'll Need
- Proficiency in Canva
- Confidence with video editing tools for Instagram reels
- A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time across multiple locations
- Great communication skills — you'll be liaising with studio managers, our ads coordinator, and our Head of Marketing regularly

- Type: Casual, PAYG - paid above award rates
- Hours: Approx. 9 hours per week (3 hours per studio)
- Location: Flexible/remote-friendly — filming approach (in-person or remote briefing) is up to you
- Reports to: Head of Marketing (Kikki) / Studio Manager / Owner
