CareersPole Instructor – Ringwood
Pole & Aerial Divas Ringwood is looking for the next superstar instructor to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to join Melbourne’s highest-profile group of studios and be a part of Team Divas!
What we are looking for:
- Strong pole technique as we are looking for someone to teach advanced and above pole classes.
- Personality & dedication! Must have a friendly, fun and supportive nature.
- A strong understanding of human movement.
- Successful completion of a pole instructor training course or have previous pole instructing experience.
- If the above doesn’t apply a willingness to complete the Divas Ed instructor training program starting in August.
- Other qualifications in dance or fitness, or teaching experience in other genres of fitness or dance a bonus but not essential.
- Availability to work Sundays ideal, and have availability to add week night shifts down the track.
What we offer you:
- Community - You will be part of a strong team that is 100+ people strong
- Team – the Ringwood location is one of the newer Divas studios. We are looking for a high level instructor to be part of our long term growth plan.
- Education – Divas instructors are offered free upskill training to teach different levels and genres of pole.
- Professional growth – You may start with one or two classes, but the opportunity for growth is there for those who reach out and take it!
- Support from studio management, and our Director of Training & Education, Lou Landers.
- Free classes and training space (when available) at all Divas locations, discounts on merchandise, and a team jacket!
