FRISK is Australia's most seductive pole dancing competition, featuring incredible pole dancers in two smoking hot divisions: Amateur and Open (semi-pro/pro). We're looking for the sexiest pole dancers from across the globe, who will bring to life a routine that will leave people sweating in their seats! FRISK is open to all genders and those who love to showcase a more sexy style of pole dancing. The competition's focus on sensuality, dance, basework, and one standout pole combo provides a broad canvas for performers to express their interpretation of sexy, whether that’s with or without heels. Perform as a solo, duo, or trio*, it's up to you! If you can leave the audience amazed and desperate for more, then this is the pole competition for you!

Spirit of the Competition and Showmanship
Frisk is a social pole dancing competition created to give amateur, semi-pro and professional pole dancers the opportunity to express themselves, perform on stage, explore their creativity, and most importantly—have fun! This event is designed to celebrate individuality, artistry, and the vibrant community that surrounds pole dancing. We ask all competitors to enter Frisk with this spirit in mind. We value kindness, respect, and support—towards each other and towards yourselves. Please note that the judges’ decision is final. Any behaviour—before or during the event—that disrespects fellow competitors, the judges, or the competition itself may impact your ability to participate in future Frisk events. We are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. If your routine includes themes or content that could be emotionally triggering for an audience, we ask that you notify the organisers ahead of time. This allows us to assess whether a content warning is necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Let’s keep Frisk a space where everyone feels seen, celebrated, and empowered.
