Build on your foundations that you learnt in beginners silks and develop strength for inversions in preparation for the dynamic drops and more complex combinations found in Intermediate Silks This class explores more complex wraps and aerial combinations to help you develop stamina and confidence up high. Learn additional aerial setups for your invert and hiplocks, and complicated wraps around your body with the silks. Students will be introduced to rational drops and other strength based tricks. Over the term you will progress and learn some choreographed dances incorporating your silk.
