Once you have mastered beginners spin, every student must be prepared for the challenges of intermediate by completing Intermediate Prep! This level will focus on building strength and stamina to nail and refine your invert, incorporating a series of conditioning and drills to do so. Learning leg hooks, hangs and back crucifix throughout the term, as well as learning new shapes and putting fun spins combinations together. The term will consist of four fun routines that will be taught within the eight weeks as well!

Work on acrobatics on and around the pole in our popular Pole Acro & Handstands 4/8 week course! Learn basic techniques to master acro skills and get stronger and fitter with acro drills. This course will teach you how to roll, cartwheel, tumble, and more! This fun-filled, jam-packed workshop will include floor transitions and introductions to handstands and elbow stands. Available: Beg/Intermediate and Advanced.

Spin around the pole with the greatest of ease as you learn longer combinations of tricks and expand your repertoire with fun and challenging aerial skills and dance moves! - In advanced static you’ll be progressing the skills you learned in inter into more challenging longer combos that will build your strength and endurance
- You’ll be learning exciting new tricks like Ayesha, shoulder mounts, Jade splits and swing spins
- Most combos will have 2 progressions so you can learn at a pace that suits you
- In weeks 3, 5, and 8 you will learn our new DANCE COMBOS which involve fun little sequences to add to your choreography repertoire

Focus tricks include: Handspring, Brass monkey, Aerial Shoulder Mounts, Ayeshas, Allegra, Baby Pegasus, Flips and Tip offs. Amongst a variety of other transitions and holds. You will have conditioning and drills to train to further develop your strength as well as dance sequences to help build stamina and learn how to link combinations of tricks and movements together.
You will be focusing on challenging and intricate pole tricks, spins, transitions, and combinations, allowing participants to further develop their skills and strength gained from Advanced Spin. Focus tricks include; Handsprings, Aerial Shoulder Mounts, Aerial music box dancer, Ayeshas, Baby Pegasus, Flares and a variety of split lines. As well as a range of other transitions and holds. You will have conditioning and drills to train to further develop your strength as well as dance sequences to help build stamina and learn how to link combinations of tricks and movements together.
In this level you will have a small amount of syllabus content as well as instructor choice combos and tricks. This level includes large combinations of tricks to build endurance and intricate transitions.

New to competing or need some help to get that extra something? Students will learn how to approach and develop the process for creating a competitive pole dance piece. This includes theory, structure, physical training, mental training, comp requirements and how to best achieve that well rounded sparkle unique to you!
