Pole & Aerial Divas is a female-only fitness studio that specializes in pole dancing and aerial fitness. We are passionate about empowering women to improve their health and fitness, build self-confidence, and have fun while doing it. At Pole Divas, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where women of all ages (18 and over), shapes, and sizes can come together and achieve their fitness goals. Our dedication lies in providing our students with the utmost quality experience. We achieve this by continually training and developing our team members.

Pole & Aerial Divas Richmond is looking for the next superstar aerialist instructor to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to join Melbourne’s highest-profile group of studios and be a part of Team Divas!
What we are looking for:
- A lyra instructor who may be willing to add on silks teaching down the track.
- Personality & dedication! Must have a friendly, fun and supportive nature.
- A strong understanding of human movement.
- Musicality and technique are more important to us than being at a high skill level. Divas warm-ups are done to music, and most classes include a dance element.
- Aerial teaching experience preferred.
- A qualification or teaching experience in other genres of fitness a bonus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays initially and have availability to add weeknight shifts down the track.
What we offer you:
- Community - You will be part of a strong team that is 100+ people strong
- Team – the Richmond location has been established for 15 years and is a busy and vibing city fringe location! Many of the instructors have 10+ years' experience teaching making them a wealth of knowledge to learn from.
- Education – Divas instructors are offered free upskill training to teach different levels and genres of pole.
- Professional growth—You may start with a small number of classes, but the opportunity for growth is there for those who reach out and take them

- Support from studio management, and our Director of Training & Education, Lou Landers.
