A fun aerial dance class designed to teach you new hoop skills and a routine! This lyra class is perfect for beginners! It covers basic strengthening and Pilates skills, along with some foundational lyra skills. You will learn 2 or 3 hoop skills in each class and put them together in combinations within a different themed routine each week.
