Pole & Aerial Divas Ringwood is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Management Team! This position requires someone who has excellent personal, admin and sales skills who can confidently oversee the effective and smooth running of the day-to-day operations and the wider business — assisting with staff supervision and management, student coordination, and ensuring the studio facilities are maintained to our high standard.

From administration duties and basic social media assistance to managing our online booking system, sales, and customer service — this role suits an outgoing and confident individual with strong computer skills, prior administrative and sales experience, and a friendly, welcoming approach. Team management experience is highly desirable. You’ll work closely with the Studio Owner to support staff performance, drive business growth, and help our vibrant studio continue to thrive. Must be available to work 2-3 shifts per week; the flexibility to work weekdays from 4pm – 9.30pm Monday-Friday. The ability and want to increase hours with the businesses growth and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth: Follow up on leads, convert trials, and ensure sales figures meet studio KPIs to keep the studio thriving.
• Manage Operations: Oversee daily studio operations and completion of daily tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and a consistently excellent customer experience.
• Lead the Team: Support, inspire, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Build Community: foster an inclusive, social, and motivating environment where members feel like part of the Diva family.
• Maintain Environment: Ensure the studio is safe, clean, and positive for both staff and students.
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning, management, and execution of in-studio events.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to the studio owner.
• Follow and uphold strict brand guidelines and internal systems.

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills and previous administration experience is essential
• Understanding of administration duties required to run a busy reception
• Friendly phone manner and excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer skills including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Previous knowledge of Mindbody helpful but not essential
• Experience with an email marketing program preferred but not essential
• Basic Canva or photoshop skills preferred but not essential
• Dynamic, positive self-starter with the ability to take initiative, suggest improvements, and update systems where needed.
• High attention to detail is a must
• Strong interest in women’s fitness – pole and aerial fitness preferred
• Confident, well-presented, approachable and friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Leadership qualities

This position will start on a casual basis on a 3-month trial, with the view to move to a permanent part-time position after that.

Shifts available from mid November 2025: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 4pm-9.45pm. Extra & extended shifts available with time.

Pole Divas Moonee Ponds is looking for the next superstar instructor to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to join Melbourne’s highest-profile group of studios and be a part of Team Divas!

What we are looking for:

• Personality & dedication! Must have a friendly, fun, and supportive nature.
• A strong understanding of human movement.
• Dance and technique are more important to us than the level of pole reached.

• Must have successfully completed a pole instructor training course or have previous pole instructing experience.
• Other qualifications in dance or fitness, or teaching experience in other genres of fitness or dance, are a bonus but not essential.
• Must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays, and weeknight availability after 5:30pm
• Initially, you will start out with 1 or 2 classes a week, but we are looking for someone who has a lot of flexibility in their schedule to cover classes as needed
