Class Pictures Intro To Contortion
Start with our 4/8 week contortion-based flexibility course to enhance your flexibility and mind/body connection. You don’t need to be extremely flexible already, but prior experience in stretch-focused classes is helpful. This course combines unique partner stretching and massage techniques for deeper stretches and relaxation, helping you achieve previously unreachable positions. The final part of the class allows you to work on your favourite balances, like bridge variations and chest or elbow stands, tailored to your skill level and goals. Prerequisite: Prior experience in a flexibility-focused class, such as one term of Stretch Technique, is recommended.
