Beginner Courses

Learn tricks in our progressive Beginner Courses. Pole courses are available at all 8 locations, and you can take courses in Static and Spin Pole. Aerial Hoop/Lyra & Silks are available at our 4 Aerial locations. All can be started at any time. Curious about the difference?

Beginner Courses
Beginner Static 8 Week Course (start anytime)

No experience necessary! Our Beginner Static Pole class is open to all women and may be begun at any time. Static pole is about learning to create momentum so that your body spins around the STATIC pole. Master simple tricks, spins, climbs, and sexy moves, plus a new routine each week. Our course is designed for you to join at anytime.

Beginner Spin 8 Week Course (start anytime)

No experience needed! Our Beginner Spin pole course is open to all women and can be joined anytime. Build strength and control as you learn spins, tricks, and dance moves in a fun weekly routine. Our course is designed for you to join at anytime. Spin means the pole is free to spin on it’s axis as you hold on! Try both spin and static—most of our students do!

Beginner Silks 8 Week Course (start anytime)

(Available at Richmond, Ringwood, Mornington & Caroline Springs Locations Only)
Learn the basics of this beautiful appartus and discover why women are ditching the gym for circus fitness. We promise, life is better in the air.

Beginner Lyra 8 Week Course (start anytime)

Begin your circus fitness journey today—no experience or fitness level required! This class focuses on core activation and building the strength needed for the Lyra. Learn a mix of spins and poses under the Lyra, and begin developing aerial sequences. Stretch Tech

This specialized stretch and conditioning class offers an intense workout to deepen flexibility in key muscle groups. Focus on strengthening and active stretches before moving into nerve release and static stretches that incorporate breathing to increase depth.  Each class targets a specific area, such as back and shoulders or hips, glutes, and hamstrings.

Splits Intensive

Want to perfect your splits and enhance your lines and extensions? Suitable for all flexibility levels, this class emphasizes active flex conditioning over static stretches to improve control and joint stability, and build strength in your glutes, hip flexors, and hamstrings. Includes progressions and regressions to suit your level.

Flex & Flow

Flex and Flow is a stretching class designed to enhance your pole dancing lines, extensions, and transitions. It begins with a warm-up followed by a series of flowing stretches, focusing on proper technique for pointing toes, extending legs, and engaging muscles. You’ll learn a new fluid routine each time to keep you on your toes…literally! Suitable for all pole dancing levels.

Pole Conditioning

Pole Conditioning is the perfect way to get fit, strong and conditioned for pole dancing…and life! This intensive class includes upper and lower body strength training, isometric exercises, stability work, core strengthening, and a fun dance routine. Suitable for all levels!

Core Conditioning

Get ready to build rock-solid abs with our Core Conditioning class! This intensive 60-minute workout focuses on strengthening your abs, obliques, glutes, and back muscles through exercises on and off the pole. Perfect for enhancing your pole and hoop skills, and a great complement to flexibility classes.

Aerial Conditioning

Aerial Conditioning is the perfect complement to your aerial classes. This strength & conditioning class will assist you with lifts, spins, and mounts essential for Lyra and Silks and will improve your core strength, stability, and control. Suitable for all levels. Taught on a Lyra

The most common question we get asked is what’s the difference between static and spin pole. Many people don’t realise that the Pole actually SPINS. Dancer holds on, pole spins #mindblown.

  • Spin pole is all about learning to control your speed while spinning around the pole.

Embrace your sensuality and connect with your feminine energy in this slow, sexy dance class. Slow down and focus on feeling the music and mindfully connecting with your body through floor and pole movements. Technique is taught as guidance only, with all moves combined into a sensual routine. Beginner-friendly and open to all levels!

Flex & Flow

Pole Moves

Pole Moves is a dance-focused class for all levels, where you’ll learn basic movements on, off, and around the pole. Each week you’ll put your new moves together in a fun, choreographed dance routine with your instructor. Perfect for those who prefer dance over tricks and want a cardio boost. No dance or fitness experience needed—just come ready to dance!

Pole Rock

Channel your inner showgirl! Get ready to dance to classic rock hits with epic head rolls, body rolls, and lots of grinding! Learn a new, fully choreographed routine each week, have a blast, and break a sweat — all while keeping your clothes on. Open to all levels with some prior pole dance experience. Heels and a sassy attitude are highly recommended.

Poleography Foundations

Learn the intricacies of Poleography in this beginner-friendly course designed to take you through the essential basics of this style. This course will have a special focus on high platform technique and footwork, hip internal/external rotational movements, sweeping entries and exits, and body to foot/foot to body delay, just to name a few! Each week you will drill movements and sequences of movements which will then be put to the test in a short routine to music. The routine will not be added to each week as the focus is on learning the technique rather than memorising choreography.

Fierce Flow Foundations

Learn the intricacies of Fierce Flow in this beginner-friendly course designed to take you through the essential basics of this style. This course will have a special focus on breaking down the core hardstyle movements and techniques. It will teach you the fundamentals to make your dance more dynamic and powerful! Each week you will drill movements and sequences of movements which will then be put to the test in a short routine to music. The routine will not be added to each week as the focus is on learning the technique rather than memorising choreography.
