Bookings and Payment
We operate a one person per pole policy for our classes and courses and this means that once each pole is taken in a class no one else can join. Bookings are therefore essential for all classes and courses, and the earlier you book the better! A deposit always is required in order to reserve your place.
For all courses, a deposit of at least $100 is payable upon booking and the balance is payable 1 week prior to the course starting date. See course description for all our course prices.
Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. More than 7 days notice - Full refund given excluding deposit of $100. However you can transfer your deposit to another course at this point if there are places available. Less than 7 days notice - No refund or transfer.
The full amount is payable upon booking your class/workshop. See class/workshop descriptions for the various class prices.
Cancellation: More than 24hrs notice - transfer of class/workshop payment. Less than 24hrs notice - No refund or transfer.
